For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

By registering a peso999 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the peso999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents expressly incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the peso999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and the terms applicable to any bonus or promotion in which you participate.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the peso999 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Access to and use of the peso999 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements simultaneously:

• Single Account: You must not hold, nor have previously held, another active peso999 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

To access peso999's gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. At minimum, registration requires your Philippine mobile number, a chosen password, and confirmation of your date of birth. You agree to keep your registration information current and to promptly notify peso999 of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. By depositing funds to your peso999 account, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are not proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or any form of financial crime prohibited under Philippine law
• The payment method used is registered in your own name or, in the case of linked accounts, belongs to a person whose identity you can verify and who has consented to the transaction
• You are not using borrowed funds, credit facilities, or funds belonging to third parties without their knowledge and consent
• You accept that peso999 is not a financial institution and that your peso999 wallet does not earn interest

peso999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, payment processors such as banks or GCash may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside peso999's control. USDT deposits are subject to applicable blockchain network fees.

You may request a withdrawal of any available balance in your peso999 account at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your KYC verification has been completed and approved
• There are no pending investigations, security holds, or regulatory inquiries affecting your account
• You have met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds forming part of your balance
• The withdrawal method and destination account match your verified identity

Access to peso999 may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. peso999 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, provided that reasonable efforts to restore service are made in a timely manner.

peso999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable peso999 policy
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage, including during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicious transaction activity, money laundering risk, or fraud indicators
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for 12 consecutive months)
• At peso999's discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with legal obligations

You may close your peso999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any available balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 15, any disputes that cannot be resolved through peso999's internal process or PAGCOR's adjudication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

peso999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, peso999 will notify active Players through at least one of the following channels: an in-platform notification displayed upon next login, an email to the address registered to your account, or a prominent notice on the peso999 homepage.

Amendments take effect 7 days after notification, except in cases where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory directive, or security emergency, in which case amendments may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the peso999 Platform after amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
